A consultation helps tailor your fitness program to your specific needs, rather than following a cookie cutter program. We’ll cover all of the areas that you need to incorporate into your training: goal-setting strategies, aerobics, strength training, flexibility, exercising with musculoskeletal injuries--everything that you need to jump-start your fitness program or take your current routine to the next level.

During your one-hour consultation, James will refine your existing program to effectively target your personal goals or create a new one that adds the variety and fun that help keep you going. He’ll help you see how to train smarter and not harder, achieve sharper focus, and monitor your progress in improving, step by step.

The consultation includes a 30-minute follow-up to ask your questions, get answers specific to your needs, and fine-tune the program to fit your exact needs, physiology, and progress. You also receive a copy of James’s book, Muscle Rx: Your Prescription for the Ultimate Physique, and his DVD training documentary, Sculpted by Choice, as a handy reference resource that packs on even more of what you need to know.

Nutrition Consultation


To reach your fitness goals, to build a positive body image and a healthy attitude toward eating well, you may need to develop a whole new relationship with food. James Kohler is a Certified Nutritionist who can guide you to an integrated approach to overall improvement through Kaizen, the Japanese management concept used for decades to continually improve all functions in all areas of an action plan, eliminating wasted effort and achieving maximum results more efficiently.

You’ll learn how taking the right very small steps achieves large goals and develops a healthy lifestyle with increased confidence about choosing the right foods and avoiding nutritional traps. James helps you take the guesswork out of dieting by learning practical, sensible techniques for a lifetime of healthy and flavorful eating.

In your one-hour nutrition consultation, James will supply you with realistic, reasonable strategies for initiating and sustaining healthy eating habits. He’ll work with you to set your specific goals, address your particular medical concerns, accommodate your favorite foods as far as possible within a healthy plan, and structure your whole program to fit into the needs of your personal lifestyle. And he’ll monitor your progress in a 30-minute follow-up consultation to monitor your progress. You also receive James’s DVD training documentary, Sculpted by Choice, and his book, Muscle Rx: Your Prescription for the Ultimate Physique, which includes mouth-watering recipes, convenient tables showing the glycemic values of the most popular foods, and reliable, scientifically proven information about diet, metabolism, and building lean muscle.
